  I ordered food through the Uber Eats app. The fries look like they have just been thrown into the bag. They were not packaged correctly and the food was cold. I spent a pretty penny, and I don’t feel like I was valued as a customer at all. I am very impressed with this Wing Stop. They went over and above in making sure I was taken care of. Thank you Larry for reaching out! I appreciate your kindness. Thank you Rosario for your excellent customer service! Even though I complained, when I came into the restaurant you were very kind and not only gave me a free drink but everyone who was with me as well! You all gave me hope that good customer service still exists!
