  Jennifer and Mr. Williams are both so sweet and make stopping by fun. The sandwiches are consistently made, and the establishment is always clean.

  I had a really frustrating experience at the Subway on 38th and State. I placed a very simple order, and it still took 25 minutes to get my food. There didn’t seem to be any clear reason for the delay, and no one communicated what was going on while I waited. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, this was the opposite. Waiting that long for a single order is unacceptable. I understand that things can get busy, but better communication and time management would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience makes me think twice about coming back.

  I frequent this Subway for lunch. This place has some great workers. I usually order online and they have my order ready when I get there. They give good customer service.
