  On my first visit to Michael Kors Kody greeted our group of 5. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained the sales that were happening. I bought a purse for myself and a birthday present for my niece. Another person in our group bought a purse that wasn't out on display. Kody made a point to show us purses in "our style". He also helped match the wallets to our purses and show the pros and cons of each. Needless to say we left with 3 purses that day. I went back three days later and purchased a blue suede purse that I could NOT live without. Kody said the purse would need to be treated so it wouldn't stain. My niece had talked about getting a crossbody so we went back 3 days later. She did in fact end up buying a crossbody and wallet from Kody. I can not say enough great things about Kody. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and truly listens to his customers. I explained why I didn't like certain purses. He listened to me and only showed me purses he thought I would like. He was not a high pressure sales person. He listened to my likes and my budget. I purchased my first Michael Kors from Kody, I normally purchase Coach purchases. I will always ask for Kody when shopping at the Michael Kors. He has earned a fan club from our group.

  Kody is such a joy to work with he helped me with my purchase I was struggling between two bags. I bought a bag and a wallet . I was then having buyers remorse for not getting the other one and couldn’t find it on the website so he helped me get the bag sent to me. He went above and beyond and was so nice to work with made me feel like I was family.

  Associate Zac was very helpful throughout our shopping experience. He checked various sizes and inventory for us and we ended up purchasing several items. He was very patient, friendly and profession. I recommend this location and Zac’s assistance.
