  Thank you so much!!! To the lazy woman who couldn't bother with helping my husband get an upgrade on his 3yr old phone. Instead she recommended us go to Metro PCS because they will give us a new phone. I'm so glad that you recommended this!!! Your correct we did get a new phone each and now our phone bill went down by 25 dollars!!! Also they give phone upgrades to their existing customers along with their new customers!!

  Not even a one at this point. Purchased a phone online and they couldn't activate it. Talked to customer service number for over 20 minutes just to realize they couldn't activate it remotely either. I have paid upgrade fee and activation fee...still no phone. I am a customer of well over 10 years. Told me that I couldn't even buy a phone in-store. Basically said that my money was no good there. They told me my account was froze and I'd have to call back customer service to figure that part...Four lines on this account, may not see another red cent out of me.

  You can see that this store has a new Manager and new crew. everyone of them greets you with a nice warm smile and are very helpful with the customers, the store is always clean as well. this cricket is starting to rise to the top.
