There are not enough bad things that I can say about this hotel stay. If it were possible to give no stars I would. Do not stay at this hotel, despite it's convenience near Arrowhead. We stayed here for World Cup, and I wish we would have just paid the extra $200 for a parking pass rather than stay here.
We checked into the hotel room with our 1 year old daughter, and once we got to our room, the floor was littered with french fries, metal springs/small coils, and gummies. She attempted to eat some small pieces of plastic. We were moved to another room, where again, there were patches on the carpet that were saturated and sticky. Needless to say, we didn't allow our daughter off the bed and onto the floor for the duration of our stay.
The rooms smelled so musty and the tiles hallways and elevators were coated in sticky material that stuck to your shoes.
The second night at 11:30pm someone pulled the fire alarm and the entire building had to vacate. To which the individual manning the desk said "it was just someone pulling pranks" and there was "nothing that could be done until the alarm was reset" by the fire department.
We specifically asked for a late check out to accommodate her nap schedule, and despite this (during her nap), cleaning services came banging on the door and when we didn't respond, hoping to get them to see the clearly situated PRIVACY PLEASE sign on the door, they began to let themselves in, waking her up.
For how much you pay to be in close proximity to the fields, you would think they could apply some of this income and revenue into simply cleaning their rooms and creating a hospitable environment. Do not stay here, put your money elsewhere.
