  Bobby had a great time. Front desk was Nice, Polite and Attentive. Out of all Best Westerns this is the place that offered Real Eggs for Breakfast. How cool is that.

  Mrs. Tomara was absolutely amazing! She made this stay worth it just by how joyful and happy she was at breakfast. Whoever hired her should be PROUD to have a staff member representing there hotel like this!

  Absolutely not. My family and I began here because it seemed somewhat nice from the reviews, alright enough to stay. We had reserved 2 bedrooms, and when we arrived and checked in they said our second room had been canceled? We hadn’t canceled anything, so now a family of 6 having to stay in one bedroom. We were tired from the long drive so we just accepted it. 2 on each bed and 2 on the floor me being one of them. The room already had some left over trash like random notes and bracelets that didn’t belong to us. And when I woke up that morning what do I see right on my face? A spider. I was tired, irritated, sleeping on a dirty floor in a dirty room with the breakfast being actual crap. Nah fam I genuinely felt so gross 🫩. Overall it sucked never ever again. To add on halfway slipping in the shower? Death hazard much? Not again, even the super 8 seemed like it would be better.

  Got to my room at 1am, went to do a bed check and found bed bugs. Went down and asked for a refund, the lady there was very nice but was new and did not know how to process a refund. She called her manager and was told to tell me I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. It has been over 14 days and still no refund. I have called several times and nobody answers. My wife sent an email to the corporate office and has not received a response. Do not stay here, very dirty and no customer serivce.

  We are traveling to visit family. Their website showed they had king size beds with a jacuzzi tub. I called the hotel to confirm they had this type of room available. I was told yes they did so I booked the room.. When we went to our room it had 2 queens and no jacuzzi tub. I reapproached the receptionist she denied saying they had a room with a jacuzzi available and said I did not ask for a king bed, and they did not have one available. Also we booked there to use the pool which after arrival was not working either... their web site or the receptionist did not bother to inform us of that either. Terrible experience.. had to go to another hotel.. never coming back!!
