  Went in and asked for a 5 meat Italian but in a salad instead and was told that’s a protein bowl… $2.50 upcharge…. So my total was $16.79… should have just gotten a footlong because it would have been more food. Asked the “sandwich artist” to please chop up the meat that was going in the “protein bowl” and he proceeded to just rip it in to pieces and throw it on top of the lettuce and veggies I asked for… so massive chunks of meat piled on top of shredded lettuce…just dumb.

  Just like others served by Mr William everytime I go here and he’s there the sub is always made to perfection. Shout out Mr William very friendly and kind and extremely professional!

  You can tell that the worker William takes pride in his work as his sandwiches were amazing one of the best ones yet wished I came home to kansas more often

  I came in and had William make the most amazing sandwiches, he was very prompt and polite. If I lived here in Kansas I’d probably come more often… there are very few good subways.

  I had a great experience at the Subway in Independence! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—everything was fresh and tasted great. I really appreciated how attentive they were during the order, making sure everything was just right without feeling rushed. It’s clear they take pride in their service and quality. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back! The store has definitely turned around with the new manager, Samantha.
