  You can tell that the worker William takes pride in his work as his sandwiches were amazing one of the best ones yet wished I came home to kansas more often

  I came in and had William make the most amazing sandwiches, he was very prompt and polite. If I lived here in Kansas I’d probably come more often… there are very few good subways.

  I had a great experience at the Subway in Independence! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—everything was fresh and tasted great. I really appreciated how attentive they were during the order, making sure everything was just right without feeling rushed. It’s clear they take pride in their service and quality. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back! The store has definitely turned around with the new manager, Samantha.

  I forgot to catch the ladies name but she was training another employee and handling her store and customers with so much grace, patience, love and great conversation ❤️❤️❤️

  Staff apologized for the wait and made sure I had what I needed before I pulled away. We do pick-up a lot and it’s always quick and accurate. Grateful to have Subway in Independence!
