  I ordered 35 minutes ago. App said food would be ready 10 minutes ago. Food still hasn't even been started. Young lady working alone and working on the customer that just walked in instead of the online orders. There is a line of online orders waiting.

  My friend and I went there on break. We walked in the girl working said I’ll be with you in a second, I need to finish counting. Okay no big deal but then she continued to do stuff without talking to us or stopping to take our order. We ended up wasting 15 mins of our break to just stand there!

  We love most of the staff and the manager is amazing. But there is one girl there with short dark hair, I never got her name. She never says hello. Never smiles. Is really rude on every single visit. Today, we come in, and she comes from the back and just asks "bread?" Will just stare at you instead of letting us know shes ready to continue, ignored us for periods of time, lets one newer girl handle the line by herself when there's several people waiting, etc. Today just really rubbed me the wrong way and was the limit for me. Most of the vegetables appeared to be stems and end pieces. I was quite disappointed today.

  New girl, first day and she made a beautiful sandwich!! Her manager was so helpful to her as well, and patient!! We all start somewhere! Thank you!!

  Majority of the time really good, though would recommend a longer more thorough training period!
