  Nope. Nope nope. I remember why I stopped going. More bread than veggies. More negative attitude than needed. Ugh. I fear good customer service is gone forever. Sad.

  Since I moved to haysville I’ve been to the subway a handful of times either door dashing or just going in for myself, and without fail, the short girl with the long brown hair always has the worst attitude, she’s incredibly rude to myself, and other customers everytime she’s there. I finally got fed up with being spoken to by her like my being there to order a sandwich is an inconvenience when that’s literally her job. I get it’s work, no one wants to have to work, I can see having a bad day, but when it’s every time I go in there she behaves this way, it gets to a point. I’m pretty sure she’s a manager as well. I’ve even seen her get into it with an elderly woman while she was behind the counter, and I know for a fact I’m not the first to call in about her behavior and attitude. I’ve made it a point to go to one of the ones in derby instead before simply because she’s always there acting like she’s just better than thou but also because their quality in ingredients never seems to be very good, lettuce is usually brown, they skimp on ingredients, etc. if you can make the drive elsewhere you’re better off. Not worth dealing with someone who shouldn’t be in a job where they have to deal with people.

  Have the absolute cutest sandwich boy called ayres make my sandwich and he was absolutely professional. His hourly pay should be $50 an hour.

  All the bread was hard as a rock and burnt. Couldn't even eat the sandwich, I had to pick it apart. Also had a free footlong from the old reward system that PER their website said I had 12 months to redeem since they changed their system. However they won't honor it
