  Spent $13 on a sandwich with chicken being the only protein. Our sandwich “artist” wasn’t friendly and threw it together very sloppily. Get home and bite into it to find a half dollar sized peice of Saran Wrap inside of my sandwich. I called to report this and didn’t get an apology or a refund offer. All I got was “oh I was told if you come back we can remake it” . Absolutely ridiculous prices for bad quality ingredients, terrible customer service, and LITERAL TRASH IN MY FOOD.

  Update: One of the regional managers got back with me fairly quickly and I appreciate it. Won't remove my review. But will raise the stars for the prompt reply. You know at least get the sandwich right. How do you leave off the mayo and tomatoes. Especially when I only added salt, pepper, and oregano. But didn't take anything off! I guess I got start unwrapping my sandwiches before I drive 35 minutes back home.
