  Literally sat in the parking lot and called them and they just looked at the phone like they wished it would catch on fire. They make up their own hours and are never open when they say they're going to be open. A lot of cricket stores are closing and I honestly think this one should be next as they apparently have no care or concern for customers. Was going to go in there today which is Saturday and they're supposed to be open till 7 but they were closed. Was going to buy a Motorola Razr but oh well guess I'll take my business to a carrier that actually has people that care about customers

  Such friendly service by truly nice people- when they don’t know something, they don’t just bs their way through, they find out & work through the issue, which seems to be rare these days-they care to help! However it’s difficult to go in there when the SEWER SMELL from the laundromat next door STINKS up cricket too!
