  I tried to make a large order for a party and they did everything they could to make the process as hard as possible. They gave me the feeling that they just didn't want to make the sandwiches by throwing up an obstacle for everything. I decided to go another route because they couldn't be bothered to ensure that they didn't have to actually do their job. I am very disappointed in the lack of care they had. The manager Mary was even involved in this process and I am astonished she is a manager. She seemed the be the most unenthusiastic person on the staff.

  Waited 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through when no one else was there, veggies were scarce, staff were soft spoken, but cookies were soft.

  Waited at the window for 45 minutes to get 3 incorrect sandwiches waste of time.

  On the road traveling, needed something to eat. I ordered a 6 inch spicy Italian, the left over bread was maybe a 4 inch cut. The sandwich maker was not real friendy. I mentioned that does not look like a full 6 inch sandwich. Anyway it was old bread and the service was terrible. This was the worst sub I have ever had. I did not eat but a few bites. Sorry to complain but I was 30 mins down the road when I could eat. I would have taken that sandwich back.

  Other than very limited food items, it wasn't bad. The service was kinda low. Might have been an off day.
