I placed an order using the Subway app and when I arrived to pick up the order, the employee working told me that I was at the wrong location. I double checked the address and showed her the app that I was at the right address and she said she had been working all night and didn’t receive the order. She was very backed up with orders and looked like she was having to cover the store by herself. I was running late for my son’s game and didn’t have time to argue so I left. Tried to call back the following day to dispute the transaction since it charged my card and I never received the order. The employee working said she would call the manager and to call back later. I asked for her to take my name and number and she said no just call back. Called back and was told to call when the manager was working. Tried to call again but missed the manager and still the employee didn’t take my info. Finally disputed with my credit card instead of playing phone tag. Order number was 514298EE-33 and confirmed in the app. I know the employee was overwhelmed but overall terrible customer experience.

The workers behind the counter have the personality of a couple of rocks may need to work on some training on how to talk to people
