  We came in at 4:45 pm to dine in. There were no customers in the store. There was one person working who said it’s going to be awhile before I even get to you. I have all of these online orders and this guy isn’t willing to clock in to help. The other employee just sat there and said well it’s five minutes before I’m supposed to be here. They just looked at us. We decided to leave. We will not be back.

  Sooo slow, spent an hour in there for 3 sandwiches, one was working, while the other one was sleeping in the chair meant for customers. Not very clan place to want food

  IM ABSOLUTELY PISSED we came in to get sandwiches and one the guy that talked to us was rude didn’t seem like he even know what was going on and we couldn’t even get our sandwiches we order of the app or a refund… needless to say SUBWAY IS A JOKE.

  I had order two sandwiches through the app for lunch. The app said it would be ready at 1:05pm. My husband goes inside to pick up the sandwiches about 1:10pm. The two girls working hadn’t started making them yet. He went back inside about 1:20pm and they started making the sandwiches but weren’t done. He then went back inside to see if his order was completed about 5-10 minutes later and they were still sitting on the counter the same way as the last time he checked on them. He mentioned that one sandwich was on the wrong bread, they fixed that. By the time we got our sandwich’s one was ice cold from sitting on the counter for so long. Keep it mind it was a toasted sandwich. They also had the wrong ingredients on them. We left very unhappy and won’t be returning. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

  Ordered through the app. Got there nobody was inline. She acknowledged that she got my order. Proceeded and told me she was out of roast beef. Replaced with meatball. Got to checkout and refused to give me difference in price. Voided the app order and wanted to charge me 8.00 more then the roast beef sandwich. 25 minutes later told her to throw both away and I walked out
