  I didn’t see a name tag for the middle aged woman working behind the counter, but immediately she was rude and had a bad attitude towards me for asking a simple question. And then my packages had to be put in a different box and that seemed like an issue that she had to do her job and take the tape off and I started to help and she proceeded to make comments about the tape I had put on there. After that, I just ignored anything else she said because I was already having a bad day and she just made me feel terrible for no reason. It’s literally your job. It costs NOTHING to be kind.

  1)Accessibility; the earlier hours at this store are great! 2) Attitudes, the attitudes here are fabulous! Personable, kind, knowledgeable about their jobs. There's a very good vibe between the associates, they work together very well. 3) Pricing; I was able to choose which shipping I would like, at a price that I could afford. As listed by the associate. Awesome store to deal with. Especially that time of morning!

  Made me have a box for an item that Amazon said no box needed. Ok all fine but the older lady was so rude about it too. She had an attitude from the start. I have gone to the ups store in olathe many many times and have always had a good experience. They barely say hello and she never said thank you or sorry etc.

  I've been coming here for years and generally have had good experiences. Today I emailed a couple documents (just 15 pages) on my way over, so the clerk wouldn't have to wait for me to do so in the lobby like past visits. When I arrived in the empty lobby, I was greeted by one employee who called back what I needed to a 2nd (named "Sarah"), then started helping the customer who walked in behind me (We were the only 2 customers there). Sarah slammed around cabinets for a couple minutes occasionally asking and re-asking questions about my small order. When she brought the pages up front she scolded me like I was a child for "cutting the line." I was surprised by her hostility and choice of words as I apologized and tried to gather more information. She would back-pedal and continue to make passive aggressive statements in a frustrated tone. She prattled off future procedures I must follow but couldn't tell me where I would have seen that information. Even just two days ago, whoever is at the front desk hits print, I pay, and we all go about our day. Clearly Sarah was having a rough morning and chose to berate a paying customer over her personal preferences that I have not heard of in 30+ visits. I will definitely be purchasing a printer moving forward and taking all other business elsewhere. The hostility and rudeness today was astonishing.
