  Desiree at the Fort Scott Subway is literally the best sandwich maker ever! My family loves coming in on Sundays after church, and even with our party of six, she always provides excellent service. Today, I really felt like I needed to make sure her hard work was noticed. Desiree was the only employee working in the entire restaurant. There was nobody else there to help her. She had more than eight people standing in line, two other large parties sitting and eating in the restaurant, and online orders coming in, all by herself. She stayed calm, professional, and incredibly friendly through it all. She communicated with everyone, made sure people knew she hadn’t forgotten them, and kept everything moving. She immediately recognized that my order was an online order and got it taken care of so she could focus on the customers waiting in line. I know it has to be incredibly difficult to balance that many customers at once, especially during a Sunday lunch rush when everyone from church seems to show up at the same time 😂. But Desiree persevered, kept a great attitude, and made sure everyone was taken care of. **She absolutely deserves to be recognized for her hard work and honestly, she deserves a raise!** Employees who can handle that kind of pressure completely on their own while still providing excellent customer service are worth recognizing. Thank you, Desiree, for always taking such good care of our family! ❤️

  What the heck is going on? I love this place always have. I’m also a creature of habit so I get the same thing every time but here lately things have been a little different. I came about three weeks ago. Got all the way up to the Vegetables, no tomatoes. I’ll be all right, but wasn’t ecstatic. Go in here tonight. Get all the way up. I see they have good tomatoes. I’m happy. Then, no mayonnaise. Your a Sandwich store. I don’t think there’s A mayonnaise or tomato shortage right now so It just means you suck.

  The young lady at the counter at 1 thirtyish o’clock On August 2 was very kind and working by herself so she was working as best and fast as she could. Very kind and considerate

  This was probably one of the best subways I have ever been to in terms of service, cleanliness and food! The staff here was antibioticly friendly and welcoming. So, along with the good food, I will definitely go back.
