  Our sandwiches were made wrong. They forgot the cheese on 2 of them. Ive been here multiple times and its always something. We went at 6pm and they were out of cookies and not making more. One time bread was on fire kn the oven!

  This Subway location charged my employee’s company credit card a $742 tip without authorization. Our company does not allow tipping, and my employee did not enter any tip amount. When my employee went back to the store to report the issue, the staff refused to help. They told him to “contact Maria” and said it wasn’t their problem. The manager was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even apologize for the fraudulent charge. This is completely unprofessional. Subway corporate needs to investigate this location immediately. No business should deal with unauthorized charges or a team that refuses responsibility.
