Our sandwiches were made wrong. They forgot the cheese on 2 of them. Ive been here multiple times and its always something. We went at 6pm and they were out of cookies and not making more. One time bread was on fire kn the oven!

This Subway location charged my employee’s company credit card a $742 tip without authorization.
Our company does not allow tipping, and my employee did not enter any tip amount.
When my employee went back to the store to report the issue, the staff refused to help. They told him to “contact Maria” and said it wasn’t their problem. The manager was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even apologize for the fraudulent charge.
This is completely unprofessional. Subway corporate needs to investigate this location immediately. No business should deal with unauthorized charges or a team that refuses responsibility.

He made our sandwich so bad there was muster on my sandwich and I don’t get muster on my sandwich so I will never be coming back here again.😡😡

Nice young man came out of the back to wait on me. Slow moving but friendly. Got the bread and meat started, ask for provolone, he said the cheese was at the bottom of the pile of boxes in the back and can't get to it. I requested one sandwich be toasted. He said the morning crew forgot to turn on the toaster oven. However he could warm it in the microwave. Next for veggies, no green peppers, I got 2 slices of tomato that were hard and yellow centered. It was 11ish am, the condiments were not out so he had to go get them. Lastly the drinks. The tea was empty but he got some from the back for me. I went to get soda, it sprayed all over me, the counter and the floor. I was told the morning people didn't put caps on the fountain spouts. Don't know what to think!
