    To the young man working the drive thru 5-31-26 at around 4pm , YOURE DOING AMAZING !!!!! From taking orders, making orders, and cashing out you were so kind, so patient, so attentive and communicative ! What a sweet gentleman who takes pride in his work! Youve got this!

    My favorite Subway in town. Fast and experienced staff. It can get busy and crowded at times though.

    Bad experience from the moment I stepped in the door. I could hardly hear her. She asked my veges before the meats. She only heard one of the meats because while I was telling her, she stopped me and asked "Cheese?". I repeated that I had wanted a couple more meats, and she said it would be an up charge. I know everyone has bad days, but it was so upsetting that I didn't want to eat.

    Ordered our food online went to pick up upon arrival we wanted to do the 12 cookie box. The girl working the drive thru with black hair and glasses was very rude and rolled her eyes when I was telling her what cookies we wanted then didnt even give us the right ones. Very sad after spending 60.00. She was very rude to her coworkers as well.

    So this evening we decided to go to this subway. We hadn't been in some time but didn't think it was that long to warrant such a change in policy. The clerk behind the counter gave me a dirty look as I came in. Ok... as I gave her my order I asked if my flat bread could be toasted I find it easier to fold for the person making it but she told me they weren't allowed to do that... not allowed??? I responded with mild frustration and confusion, she told me I was being rude. Well after she did in fact do just that. I'm sorry I think it to be incredibly rude for a service person to refuse to do a simple request for a customer and then call them rude. Do your job...it's subway where it's made the customers way. Some remedial customer service training is in order for this one.
