  Stopped here to get a sub that I normally get at subways. When I asked to swap one meat for the other it took 3 employees and 8 minutes to say nope we can't do that which is odd because the past 15 different subways I got it at had no issue with it. Whatever...the subway one exit down had no issues making it. Kinda funny to me that you get better service at a truckstop than a stand alone store.

  I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway. I came in to order a sandwich and asked for it to be made the way I wanted. Instead of simply explaining that they could not accommodate my request, the two employees became disrespectful toward me and refused to serve me.What made the situation even more disturbing is that they called the police instead of simply handling the situation professionally. I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply because I wanted to order my food a certain way. I hope management looks into what happened and addresses how customers are being treated at this location.
