  Tell the guy with the septum piercing working at 12am on 6/7 to fix his attitude especially when he’s talking to customers. Crazy too, all I read are the first three reviews, all one stars and talk about a disrespectful guy that works there. I imagine it’s the same dude. I would fire him immediately if I was this manager. He can go get a warehouse job. He’ll fit in perfect with all of those people there. Also dawg I would take out that septum piercing it doesn’t look good on you.

  Whoever the tattooed girl is was rude to the customers today. Driving all the way from Florida to Colorado and wanted a cookie. No one was at the counter and waited over 5 minutes then had to HOLLER OUT multiple times for the 3 men behind me also waiting to be served. She seemed bothered to do her job.

  The tattooed girl who works at Subway is incredibly rude and doesn't understand people. She's ill-mannered and practically threw orders at customers. If she doesn't want to work, she should stay home and not leave that bad impression on Pilot.

  Service was the worst I've ever experienced. I'm guessing they get little to no customers and me walking in just put them in a mood. Sorry you had to make a sandwich. I got a BLT and they only but 2 strips of bacon. My sandwich is basically bread and mayo. Could benefit some some customer service training.

  May 28 2026 shift 10pm I get there after a 14 hours shift and the manager at that momment it took easy a good 4 minutes to come and talk to me. Even to say "one moment". When this idiot get out, he start cursing and screaming at me like I was rushing him. He treat to kill me and the other two employees in the pilot store back him up. Drug test has to be done in that place.
