  I’ve always had a great experience at the Basehor UPS Store on Pinehurst. Their staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Customer service is excellent every time I visit, and they make shipping and handling packages quick and easy. Highly recommend!

  The owner at UPS store was rude as hell. I had something printed that cost $1.45, and I asked to use my UPS discount. She looked at me and said, ‘You want to use a discount on $1.45?’ Like… yes? That’s what discounts are for. I just thought the comment was unnecessary and rude. This isn't the first time I've experienced rudeness from you. I'm finding it difficult to understand why people feel so comfortable behaving this way. I would appreciate it if you could improve your customer service skills.

  UPS always hires the friendliest people. I had quite a few packages to return today and Allen, Heather, and April all helped out. That’s team work and they did it with a smile. The world needs more people who love their jobs this much. Thank you to all 3 of you for your kindness and smiles.
