  So fortunate to have this UPS Store in Basehor! Much needed so convenient! The owner is such a gem always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. And this is the only UPS open on Sundays 👏🏼

  This cashier at UPS Basehor seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. I felt like I got scammed. I showed her the mailing label for my return, and she said thats not the one she needed, she said she need a QR code label, which obviously has a mailing address and needs to be printed so it can be attached to my return. She did not entertain me because she want me to provide a label for the return which i showed her the mailing address. I just want her to print it. In the end, she wanted me to pay $161 for the shipment because what I was carrying was heavy and I didn't want to carry it back with me. Hopefully next time, ask what should be done instead of immediately imposing a payment. So disappointing.

  I’ve always had a great experience at the Basehor UPS Store on Pinehurst. Their staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Customer service is excellent every time I visit, and they make shipping and handling packages quick and easy. Highly recommend!
