  Ordered a protein pocket. Asked for some mayo on it. Worker told me they couldn’t do substitutions/add on’s. Putting mayo or another condiment on a sandwich or wrap isn’t an “add on”. This is one of the most brain dead things I’ve ever encountered in a fast food place, which is saying a lot.

  Went in to try a new wrap heavy set employee was very rude I work at subway in another area and they are very understanding she was rude about me asking and offering to pay for a side to something they can’t customize where I work we can take something off and add 1 thing as long as it’s not to much tried to explain it store gm/ owner was standing there doing work and she went over and said I need you and looked at me and smirked like I’d be in the wrong I wouldn’t have wrote a review but I got cucumbers on my sandwich that tasted gritty and sour maybe not washed I’m not sure but I wouldn’t stop here my self again I’d either go to eldorado Augusta or drive all the way to north wichita

  Yikes. I love subway, but I won't be going there for many, many years after the last order I got at the Andover location. I ordered the Philly and there was an unidentified hunk of...firm...cartilaginous...something... in the steak meat. That was three weeks ago and it still haunts me.
