  I really appreciate our local UPS Store in Winfield and the wonderful family trio who runs it. They are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient—especially on the occasional visit when I show up with the wrong Amazon return code! I also appreciate that they’re open on Sundays, which is extremely convenient when the weekdays get busy. Great service from a great local family-run business. A big thank-you to the entire team!

  Best place around for shipping. If I’m shipping for personal or business they are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always have a great attitude. I can come in with one package or 15 and the service is always top tier. We will continue to keep coming here for services. Appreciate the crew and the service you guys provide. Keep up the great work!

They always remember our names, which adds such a personal touch, and they make great conversation while helping us. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
