  Everytime i use the order ahead,and pick up service, the subway has not even been started yet,we use this service so we don't have to wait.

  Not sure if the young guy that helped us just really hated his job or he was just having a bad night but he was somewhat rude and we asked for extra pickle,he threw 5 on the sub, and extra mayo, which he put one single line down the center and instantly closed it, cut it and wrapped it.

  Just not in her hurry to get people in and out wasn't very nice. Did not want to honor my rewards or points. I had, because I didn't make an online purchase, they weren't willing to do it, no manager there so I couldn't overrule them and I drove all the way out there for buy and get one fast off foot long. So if you don't order from the app and then I started ordering from the app and at the very end, they have Google Play is the only option and I don't have Google Pay, and I told them that they didn't bother telling me at the very beginning. Hey, you only can have Google Pay when you pay it. I went through every single thing.It took me about 10 minutes for every topping.I wanted on a sandwich and turns out.You can only do it with Google.Pay for them to honor your rewards or coupons or whatever you have on the app.. So I did all that for nothing, so I'm already frustrated.They already said I had to this way, so now I'm even more frustrated because I don't have Google Pay and nobody said anything it could've easily said at the very beginning.You have to have google pay or it won't work.

  This is my local Subway. It is almost average. But not quite. Today they were out of several items (a couple of meats, breads, cookies,etc.) But no discount when they didn't have enough of one of the meats for my sandwich - no offer of additional of one of the other meats. But typically not the fastest or friendliest staff, anyway.

  They always mess up our sandwiches whenever we order and the latest time the workers were talking crap about me while I was standing right there!!! I thought I had ordered a cookie on the app but it removed it from my cart before I paid. So when I got my food, the sandwich was messed up, and I was missing the cookie. So I called, mainly to see if I could get my cookie, then they told me that there wasn’t one ordered, I double checked and saw they were correct and said never mind. Then the man said they can remake my sandwich (WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR MIND U- keep this in mind). So I came back the next day and told them my name and while they were making my sandwich they started talking about my situation and how I was just trying to get free food!!! So rude!!! I’m not coming back here. I don’t do that.
