  Need to either train employees how to make, or teach them how to count when making a footlong meatball sub. Mine only had 6 meatballs! Or is this standard with the 699FL deal? (went to drive thru so service and atmosphere doesn't count) UPDATE... Went again and the Meatball Sub I got wes perfect, 8 meatballs. Great job!

  Love this Subway. Subway was instrumental in helping me lose weight several years ago with all their healthy choices. Moved to Westfield from out of state. One of the first things I did was shop for my next Subway. The Subway at 976 E Tournament Trail in Westfield, Indiana was the winner. They had it all. Great location and GREAT service. After several visits, did I mention I go there frequently, I felt like Norm in the sitcom Cheers. Everyone knows your name. All of their employees, and they always have plenty of employees on hand especially during the noon rush, are kind and respectful. A shout out to one of the sandwich artists, Wilson. Every time I come in Wilson anticipates my order, treats me with kindness, makes an accurate order, and takes pride in a job well done. Thank you ALL at Tournament Trail Subway. Go there. You will be glad you did.

  There's a particular employee at the drivethrough who is always rude to us. This is the third interaction we have had with this person. He also got our order completely wrong to top it off

  After a 4 hour hour drive I decided to stop to eat here and I must say staff was very polite the place was clean.
