  As a dasher in the area, I can guarantee this restaurant is the best balance of delicious and fast of bring out food, self pick up normally do take 30+ minutes but when u compare it to the T*** B*** next to it u will know how fast wingstop already is. Also tastes wayyyyy better

  Really disappointed with the customer service. We placed an order through the Wingstop website and realized afterward that we forgot to add ranch. We immediately called the store and asked if we could simply pay for ranch separately, but they told us no. We then placed a completely separate order just to try to get the ranch, and they still said they couldn’t give it to us. Even our Uber driver offered to pay for the ranch himself and have us reimburse him, and they STILL refused. At that point, we had tried three different times and were more than willing to pay for it. We weren’t asking for anything for free, literally just asking to purchase ranch with our order. I understand having policies, but refusing to find any solution for something this simple made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating. Really poor customer service and flexibility.

  i ordered on the app and my dasher stole my food, but the manager helped me get a refund. it only took a day or so. i also think they felt bad for me or something, and when i reordered i swear to god they made it fresh because the chicken was really crispy and the fries were too. thank god for wing stop
