  Omg these guys… look, if i pay insurance on the phone cant someone of…. Em hell with them. I am going to demand compensation for bogus insurance they sell yet do not honor

  Big time scammers I went in to buy my dad a phone said I just wanted the phone. And when I was paying they said the phone came with a case and a cover. Well The “new” lady forgot to charge me the cover and the case. As I was leaving the manager came out of the store to ask me to pay for the case and cover so told him no and he took them.

  I went to the Washington store Friday October 7, 2022 around 2 p.m. and let me preface by saying I think it's great they have bilingual staff however, and the reason, in large part, why I'm giving this store only one star...the sensitivity training is lacking. I'm biracial and often mistaken for Latino but the young white woman working lost my sale by asking me if I spoke English. The assumption is outrageous and insensitive...racist. Usually for someone in which English is a second language will ask if their language is spoken (which this Cricket store says right on their store front window that Spanish is spoken at this particular store). On top of which this employee was lacking in knowledge in the very product sold in this store. Because of this single experience I will not return to this store.
