  Added a line to our plan. Sales Associate told me it would be the same plan for the same amount (4 lines for $100). I questioned the amount to add the line. The associate told me it was because we just paid our bill and it was prorated. Happened to look at our account the next day and noticed we were in a plan for $135 per month. When I called customer service they weren't very helpful and then I called the local store to complain. The district manager happened to be there and seemed unconcerned and basically made excuses for the sales associate not knowing how to do her job. We will be switching. Terrible customer service all the way around from the local office to the 800 customer service level. I do not recommend Cricket.

  Terrible service someone needs fired or something, I called eight different times, never got a call back and ended up calling corporate, which was automated only, hung up and called Huntington’s and they were nice and actually answered the phone
