  Terrible service someone needs fired or something, I called eight different times, never got a call back and ended up calling corporate, which was automated only, hung up and called Huntington’s and they were nice and actually answered the phone

  HORRIBLE Service, We went in there 3 times Sat. And Sunday trying to buy new phones and to switch our service to cricket, and everything she had a reason she couldn't help us, the last time on Sunday was she couldn't activate any new service today, she made it sound like none of their programs work, and I even told her we would be back, then I told her goodbye and she was very rude and said see ya very nasty attitude, I still can't believe the wY she treated customers, cause their were others in the parking lot complaining when I pulled up, so I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND going their and dealing with her!!!!!

  Went into the store mid afternoon. They were pretty busy, only one person was working and when we got up to the counter she couldn't put her phone down long enough to look me in the eye. I told her we needed to replace a phone, she handed me a brochure and told me to call the number for an insurance claim. I asked her if we were eligible for an upgrade, she said probably and that I would be able to find that all out on the internet. After that she simply dismissed me and wasn't interested in answering anymore of my questions. Very disappointed.

  During business hours of 10:45 I sat there waiting to get in while the store was all lit up and no one was there but the door was locked the company itself is Raising prices to make it work cost $3 a month to pay your bill to pay them your bill for them they want to charge you they charge you for everything if you have to talk to a person you get charged company is ridiculous I'd like to see it fold
