  This was the worst service I have ever received! The guy that started to take our order quickly got irritated and was talking about how he was quitting his job and just wanted to go smoke. As a teenager who also works in food service this was completely unacceptable and not professional. I believe his name was Lance for future reference!!!

  June 30 2026. Open signs on. zero drive through service. Pulled up to the window after the customer that was just served. Was told, “we’re closing in ten minutes” which I guess means no service should be provided. Jimmy John’s wouldn’t do this to us and it’s mostly young teen/adults working there.

  Walk into the restaurant, they tell me they can’t take orders within the store that I must order them online. No sign on the door what the hell? Their point of sale machine not working. We will never ever be back there again stay away
