  Showed up with a parcel, store owner insisted that they should be re-wrap/ boxed and proceeded to charge me outrageous amount. Don’t let the store owner talk you into anything just bring the package and ship it

  Excellent service on all fronts. I arrived just before closing with a complicated item to ship, and although I hadn't allowed enough time to complete a shipment that day, associate Cody made the most of the time we did have and worked efficiently to determine estimates for a quote. I dropped off the item the next day, and the associates did the packaging and shipment. After the parcel arrived at the destination, I received the following message from the recipient: "I cannot believe the amount of care that went into this package! Wow! This is unbelievable! Thank you very very much!!!" I had to give the incredible UPS staff all the credit.
