    Ay I don’t know what the people under me are saying I just came and got a chicken bacon ranch asked for little extra toasting on the bacon. Best CBR I had from any subway. 🔥

    Y'all promote create your own sandwiches and stuff like that... but EVERYTIME I come in to have a simple pizza sub made, they tell me they cant.. "it's not on the menu"... EVERY other subway will make my sandwich, it's not hard. All i want is Marinara, Cheese, Pepperoni, and Honey Mustard. That's it. Why is it such a problem to create the sub that I want? Why do y'all feel the need to reject my simple request EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm better off going OUT OF MY WAY to Hobart or another location to get MY sub made.

    I have eaten here in the past and have zero complaints about food quality or preparation. However today, I didn't even get to try any food because I left due to the extremely poor attitudes of the workers. Not only were they both INCREDIBLY unfriendly, they were staunchly unhelpful. I understand they don't make the rules about food costs and don't have the ability to make changes...but what they CAN control is having a positive, helpful, customer service oriented attitude. Had the worker been even remotely kind to me today, I would have completed my order even if she couldn't make it how I requested (we were in a stand off over a produce substitutions on their new wraps). However, she chose to be curt & irritated - and had no issue taking that out on me. I will not give my money to a business where workers are allowed to treat patrons like an annoyance.

    Very negative environment. Very obvious the employees are miserable here. The night and evening crew are pleasant and can see they are trying to maintain a friendly customer service attitude but it's very clear there are internal things in this store going on that are causing potential issues. I have personally experienced the women on day shift "gossiping" about other employees. I have heard name calling, veiled threats and some pretty ignorant things come out of the lady im assuming is a manager concerning inappropriate content. I have watched her belittle scream and yell at an employee who appeared to be underage. The evening girls and the girls working on the weekend are very friendly efficient just you can tell unhappy. It's not surprising the turn over rate there is high. Would not recommend.
