  Please don't go here! They completely destroyed my subwoofer and don't want to cover the damage. The worker promised me that my item would be packed securely and insured but when the buyer received it the subwoofer was completely destroyed and now I'm out of money because they wouldn't cover my lost! The worker opened a business account which I didn't ask for in some name he came up with and I don't have a business. Something is shady going on up there! Looks like they threw my subwoofer down multiple times. Look at the pictures of the subwoofer the seller sent me from receiving it to the pictures before FedEx shipped it.

  Good luck tryna catch this place open. One day they're 'no heat' closed when they obviously have power. Umm plug in heater is a pretty good substitute. What shippin joint is closed a whole freaking day? I sell online and I will def prioritize other shipping services from now on.

  Insisted I buy a box for something that I didn't need a box for, already had a box but he insisted that I buy this box so he/someone doesn't throw a heavy package on it and break it. For 25.00... Will not be going to this FedEx location again. The staff guy was very rude.

  The workers here are so incompetent. I had around 60 pages of documents I needed scanned to a pdf, something simple for a print shop right???? First he told me for him to do it, it would be a $1 a page!!!!! Then he said the machine was broke and I’d have to use a computer and scanner for 50 cents a minute!!! So they wanted me to spend over $50 scanning documents!!!??? I went to the public library and did it for free !!! This place will never see a penny from me!!!!!
