  I can't say enough good things about Ken at Carquest Auto Parts. After I had ongoing issues with a set of Duracell golf cart batteries, Ken took the time to diagnose the problem and determined they had internal continuity issues. Rather than making me jump through hoops, he stood behind the warranty and replaced all four batteries with a comparable—actually better—set of DieHard batteries. What really impressed me was the customer service. Ken's staff personally picked up the defective batteries and delivered the replacements, making the entire process incredibly easy. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about taking care of the customer, and Ken went above and beyond. If you're looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding service, I highly recommend Ken and the team at Carquest. They've definitely earned my future business.

  Tried to go in there with a cylinder head off a fourwheeler. I asked if we could try to match up a spark plug for it. They told me they have thousands of spark plugs and that'd be impossible. Obviously that's not impossible. Won't shop there anymore.
