  We never actually got to stay the night. Got into the lobby noticed all the obvious water damage, but since everywhere was booked we ended up ignoring and going to our room. I was there little over an hour. The room was super dirty with more obvious water damage and likely mold. There was an old cup of soda under the edge of the bed and if they actually changed the sheets it would have been obvious. Really the only plus side was the front desk lady was incredibly professional and nice. We did get a refund and left before ever staying the night but I hope the owner of this hotel sees this review and puts money into a remodel because it desperately needs it.

  The rooms are sticks , they have good breakfast. The shower drain didn't work.

  There were bed bugs in the room , would not recommend and the manger is ignorant when clearly I am not the first review within the past week that said the same. Clearly it must be true , they refused a refund , I will be escalating the situation because I have the time and resources to do so. So be aware please check your rooms and find another hotel

  We had a booking for this past weekend, but we refused to stay because the room was disgusting. The first time we went to the room, we found stains on the comforter and black spots ground into the sheets. I took pictures and went back down to show the receptionist. She didn't believe us, so she went to check herself. When she came back, she said someone would be changing the sheets and comforter. We waited in the lobby for a bit, then went upstairs to wait outside our room. There were no sheets or comforters in the hall where someone had changed them. When the person cleaning the room left, he did not bring anything out with him. He even hung around in the hall while we were looking around the room. The second time we searched the room, there wete still black spots ground into the sheets. We flipped the pillows and found a reddish stain on one. There was a "white substance" dried on the top of the night stand and it also ran down the side of the stand. We went back downstairs with pictures and were told they could change the sheets again, but couldnt give us a new room because they were full. We said we would not be staying and wanted a refund. We were told they couldnt give us a refund "because they were full."
