  If you want to stay at a hotel that has dead bugs cobwebs, fridge that hardly works, a shower with hardly any water pressure unless you change the stream in the shower head, centipede crawling out of the night stand, stains on the bed sheets. Also a scan card that you have to try multiple times to get the door open. This is the place. The breakfast was also questionable my daughter didn’t even want to eat the omelette. The lobby doesn’t have ac either. Don’t book the exterior rooms. I understand there will be some bugs but this was gross. Then when I wanted a refund I had booked through a third party I have to call them and to even get a refund for the other 2 nights. I ended up getting it but they have a none refundable policy I guess. But the third party was able to get me a refund! When I talked to the manager she said the shower was fine just had to change the thing I said well I shouldn’t have too. She was also too busy talking on her phone to really care too much!

  Well let me tell you, I walked into a place that reminded me of that spot they so call “heaven” and there she was the most helpful sweetest angel I have ever witnessed on earth with my own 2 eyes and her name was Darissa the most amazing spawn from heaven that ever existed she helped us out instantly while being fully booked, by her self, and having so much more going on like making us fresh pancakes and bringing us extra bedding to our rooms. The room was great the location was great but the service was EXTRAORDINARY please get this woman a massive raise and throw an extra 2 weeks vacation in for her!!!

  We checked in today around 12am and the only person working was this amazing woman named Darissa,she was talking about being the only person up and on duty with in its self is so much work and I'd admire it. She was super kind and thoughtful,talked really highly of the breakfast and was overall a very cheerful and kind human. I appreciate her and all of her hard work! In all honesty with all the work she puts in I truly do belive she should earn a reward for her dedication to the Best Western company.

  We booked a room here due to the storms upon entering the room the lamp shade had nasty spots on it and I believe the ac had mold which I did bring to their attention due to my son having asthma they did have some come in and clean it. The shower leaked water everywhere. The lamps cut on and off whenever they wanted. After the first night there I decided to leave cause I honestly felt disgusted. When we were trying to check out the girl said we never checked into our room. I told her yes we did we checked in with the girl the day before..she then had me sign a check in paper for a room we NEVER stayed in “in case of damages” if it wasn’t for me trying to beat the rain and get back home I would have escalated the issue. However now I will be watching my account for any unexpected charges. If you need a quick night to stay I guess it’s okay but for the price I’d honestly choose another hotel down the street.

  The overnight receptionist at the front desk Ms. Darissa was very warm welcoming, patient, kind and efficient. She has Top Tier expertise at hospitality and should be training others on how to treat customers all while providing fast check ins and knowledge on other accommodations that the hotel provide. Several times I seen her cleaning, mopping and collecting trash. The breakfast that she prepared was excellent. Please Acknowledge Ms. Darissa because She is truly an Asset to this hotel. Kudos to You Ms. Darissa for Your Genuine Care, Integrity and Pride that YOU Exemplify And KNOW that Your Hard Work doesn’t go unnoticed.
