  Our preferred Subway location, always clean and efficient! Wish I would've got name(s), but the staff recently included a thoughtful note with our pickup order; acts of kindness like that goes a long way. Much appreciated!

  Ordered 2 sandwich’s tonight said white bread footlong and they gave me Italian herbs bread instead and the other sandwich was supposed to have jalapenos on it but only got 2 on it. But wasn’t helpful when we kept having to repeat ourselves multiple times also they didn’t have steak or anything on it. they kept saying we didn’t have it she didn’t check or anything

  The boy behind the counter decided that he was going to be a social justice warrior and bold face lie to my face. He informed me that I had to wear a mask next time I came into the store. I calmly and nicely informed him that I was exempt according to the governor's mandate because I have health issues that causes me to be severely short of breath when wearing a mask. He had the gull to tell me that the Tipton Health department told them that there were no exemptions so I had to wear it anyways, the Tipton Health department said it was a lie! I pay very close attention to Social distancing and carry my own hand sanitizer so I was being as safe as I could. If this is how disabled members of the community are going to be treated here I will no longer be spending my money here.

  Typical subway. Staff was very courteous for my visit. Always a good bunch.
