After over 6 years of being a loyal UPS store mailbox customer, I found myself in the hospital for a little over a week and unable to retrieve my packages. I began receiving incessant emails about package storage fees. I asked politely for a one time exception of being responsible for fees due to my unexpected hospitalization. The owner refused to make any concessions and stated that he would "not be responsible for your poor time management." What a way to be treated during an unexpected medical crisis... His exact words show you exactly who he is. Support a business that treats human beings like humans, not an invoice. Never stepping foot in this place again. You can eat your fees.
- MFMatt FowlerAug 19, 20261.0The last two times Ive had something redirected to this store has been a problem. Last time, they shipped my package back the same day it arrived. Today I was charged $5 to pick up my package. Ive never been charged before and have picked up probably close to 100 packages here over the years here. The assistants only words when I asked "when did that start?" was "since Ive been here." Not a great response from whom I'm guessing was the manager as he was sorta training the girl that was helping me. The new girl was great, dude with the smartass answer rather than an appropriate response, not someone I want to see again anytime soon. If this is some new policy, you may want to have signage or some sort of announcement this has started to avoid confusion.

- SSSchuyler SmithMay 28, 20261.0Was working from out of town. Dropped in to ship equipment back and was told that they don’t ship on UPS accounts. They are aware that other UPS stores do that but they refuse to. Quite ridiculous.
