  Went to store Saturday afternoon the guys was so rude and the manger whom happens to be his wife is rude. I have been in there when she has had customers and if she doesn't like you she will lock the door and will not let your kids in there. I have seen where she has given things away to customers if she likes you. Now I have been with this phone service for several years and had no problems with service. However the manger needs to be removed because it's her store and picks who she wants to give good service to. The man is rude as heck. Will not go back will visit other store to avoid dealing with them.

  Horrible service. Came a hour and half before closing and was told we couldn't be seen because they closing. Never will shop there again

  Jeff went above and beyond expectations when I switched to Cricket. He was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and services Cricket Wireless has to offer. I was blown away by the customer service I received here! Great Job, guys!
