  Went to store Saturday afternoon the guys was so rude and the manger whom happens to be his wife is rude. I have been in there when she has had customers and if she doesn't like you she will lock the door and will not let your kids in there. I have seen where she has given things away to customers if she likes you. Now I have been with this phone service for several years and had no problems with service. However the manger needs to be removed because it's her store and picks who she wants to give good service to. The man is rude as heck. Will not go back will visit other store to avoid dealing with them.

  My mom was there to get a new phone and they were very helpful with recommending and answering all questions about the phone and service.
