  I went in their with my grandma to upgrade her and her husbands phone and it was a really easy and enjoyable experience. The manager Monique was very friendly and tech savvy enough to help my grandma understand what was going on. Overall I’d go back to the cricket store if I needed too it was a good experience.

  Really awesome folks here at cricket the manager Monique will go above and beyond for all your needs. She really knows how to take care of people she took the time to show an old man like Me how to use my phone the girl was sweet and is very pretty to not about a phone but someone good to look at always helps I’ll always come back to see her there thanks cricket and the bald guy is down to earth and have paid my bill to him before and he’s always got something nice to say. I like this store a lot I drive a hour away to see her awesome

  Everyone, especially the manager was very friendly, very helpful and non judgmental considering I do not know much about technology, they took the time to teach me how to use my phone, and directed me towards other devices that would be helpful and beneficial for my lifestyle and career 😁 very patient and kind helping me to get my phone switched over from a previous carrier. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
