  Rude employee. Her attitude was not it, she was making my sandwich in a nasty way, just throwing things on it. When I asked her for extra sauce, she just ignored me and started packaging my stuff and I know she heard me. Besides that, I would say it’s a nice clean place.

  I haven't been to the Syracuse Subway in quite awhile. Their service wasn't very professional before, but this evening I thought I would try it again. Everything was so much better than before. The service was awesome. They were friendly and professional. Usually when I go into a subway and order a sub the person that puts the sub together is very stingy with the meat serving. This time I could actually taste the meat and nor just the sub bun. I was impressed with the huge difference from the last visit. Good job Subway. I will be back.
