Literally the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had, I don’t know how but even the bread was better, keep it up y’all, thanks for the service!

The sandwiches and cookies, always awesome
I have been visiting this location for years and have not had a negative experience. The employees are friendly and assistive with the menu selection. However, I find it concerning that the owners have changed the Friday meal deals to something other than tuna. This decision raises questions about whether it was made to accommodate Lent. It also makes one wonder if their other locations are implementing similar changes. It is unfortunate that Subway appears to be incorporating religious considerations into its business decisions.
Due to the fact of having sick twins in my car, I did not want to bring them inside to place our order. I was so thankful for the drive-thru. I pulled up placed my order, on the "self serve" screen and then proceeded to the window. I waited and waited... there is a reflective film on the window, so you can't actually see in. I waited a full 10 minutes and then thought I would beep my horn... still no response. Ugh... I waited an additional 10 minutes and I now have another customer behind me.
Finally the window opens and the young girls asks if she can help me. I explained I needed to pay for my order which I placed.
She proceeded to tell me, the drive through screen to place orders does not actually work and I would need to come inside. Really??
Why did it let me make my selections and why would you not put a sign up, saying it isn't working??
Never again... it just stinks that they are located so close to our house. 🫤

The service was phenomenal. The person serving us for an excellent job making the sandwiches, and even letting us know that the bread was a little burnt, he also told us we can come tomorrow to have it remade for free if we don't like it. Very friendly, will most certainly be going back!
