Cory the owner is very rude so his employees follow suit. He wants to be able to say he's the owner I guess.
Had to drop off 2 big bulky boxes. Brought the first one in and go to retrieve the 2nd. When I come back in the 1st box has been moved to the line. I asked the lady working if she moved the box and she said yeah cause the man needed to come stand at the register. Fine. I push the box back towards me and she says don't push the box we'll pick it up when it's your turn. Now they saw me bring it in. I set it there cause I didn't want to leave the boxes at the door to block the little entrance. But ok.
When it's my turn she says go put the box on the cart on the other side. I replied... you just said yall would come get it, you could've put it there in the first place. Then Cory starts saying I cut in front of people...mind you I stood in line.
Any UPS or FedEx store I walk into I bring the boxes straight to the scan station. If his location doesn't work like that a simple, "hey put the box on the cart or even saying you can't set the box there" when they saw me walking in would have been good customer service. He looked up and immediately screwed his face up. No smile. No welcome. Just put an oversized photo of your face with a sign under it saying you're the owner. No need to be a jerk.
Update in Response: Absolute lies. The same way you left the counter from helping customers to take my box and set it aside and the same way you left the counter AGAIN to hand me your business card is the same way you could have been polite, helpful and provided good customer service to begin with. If this review was the ONLY one to mention the unprofessionalism and rudeness you could get away with this bogus recap. The fact that you take the time to respond to all the negative reviews instead of just being nice to customers speaks volumes. Yes I did curse you out after you started yelling when I asked the employee why she didn't just set the 35lb box on the cart. Don't take it out on the customers that you are the owner but have to work the register like an employee to turn a profit.
