  They already had my Subs pre-made from an online order but they were incorrect instead of remaking them they just open them up and put more stuff and toppings on them even toasted them as they were.

  The employees welcomed me with a bright hello. They took the time out to explain the current specials. They were also patient when I was confused about some things.

  Excellent service, fresh ingredients, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. One of the best Subway locations I’ve visited.

  Ordered on the app, arrived 5 minutes after I received the "order complete" notification. Waited 8 minutes while they finished making sandwiches for customers, then they said "sorry, we are busy and we haven't made your yet". I showed them the confirmation but they responded "sorry, we've been busy". They proceeded to make a sandwich, handed it to me and I responded "that's not my order, I ordered 3 sandwiches and chips". They looked at the orders that had been sitting there for almost 15 minutes, found mine and then finally handed it to me.

  I walked in at 8:22pm and was denied service although the location hours are marked until 9:00pm. I mentioned the posted hours and was told personnel was 1 staff member and turned away but then told angrily that I could be served. This is the second time this happens to me.
