  Got wings so raw they still had uncooked feathers. Had wings so overcooked they tasted disgusting and dry. Had the staff be rude behind the counter and ignore us when we showed up to pick up our order. Would never eat here again.

  I pick up here almost every single night when I DoorDash and the closing staff is just awesome everytime. There are a few of them that always greet and talk to me, and even have gave me a free drink for dashing for them. Overall just great service and staff, my favorite wingstop in south bend.

  Ordered online and went to pick up my order and there was only one employee in the back. The order wasn't even started. And the one guy was pretty creepy. The store always looks like a party just happened. Way under staffed for as busy as this location is. If an order is placed online and you ate told your order will be ready in 7-12 minutes and we show up in 15 and it wasn't even started is crazy work. Figure it out! ***UPDATE*** They shorted us our food and then wouldn't answer the phone! I am so mad right now! I sat on hold while I wrote this review and then did an update and they still never answered. So like 20-30 minutes. This place is 🗑! - Owner, I plan to never return now that you will be looking for my name to come in on an order...

  I order frequently for work lunches, there has never been a time our order hasn't been correct and fresh! I just tried their new Hot Honey Garlic, I hope they keep this one on the menu.

  Always welcoming atmosphere. Good food. Love the fries. Good sauce flavors. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
