  Straight up disgusting! More oil than chicken. Thanks, but I’d simmer up some lard, if that’s what I wanted to eat on this Sunday night. Seriously, think they skimmed half the fryer refuse and a few pieces of chicken into a container and said “good to go!” Then weren't even competent enough to close it properly. Pics don’t even do the grease levels justice either - the bag was drenched. See that glistening dark brown on the side and bottom of the bag? ALL grease. Ostensibly I got 4 flavours, but couldn't taste a thing. Few bites, felt sick, then straight to the trash. Still feel sick. Love their tossing in one... *one*... sad ketchup packet, if you're brave enough to fish it off the bottom 100% inedible.   I rarely leave reviews….but here we go! Wingstop is awesome…..at every location except this one. Every time we have ordered from here it has been terrible. We ordered through the app and our order was completely wrong. Idk why we even attempt going to this location as the wings are either overcooked to the point you’re eating bone, or completely incorrect to where your appetite is gone. Our wings and sandwiches were drenched in sauce to the point where sauce was spilling out of the containers. We ordered dry rub for everything. I understand the food and service industry can be difficult; and hours may be long, but man. I just wanna enjoy wings like Rick Ross😕

  I'd give zero stars if i could. Placed an order through door dash and it said they were preparing the order. Dasher got there and the employees said they don't do door dash and were also being rude to the Dasher to the point where she was feeling unsafe and asked me to cancel the order. I called the store to figure out what's going on and no answer after a few time until someone answered the phone but never said a word, they just set the phone on the table and walked away. I have screenshot from the Dasher complaint and call recording of the employee being unprofessional. Overall worst store I've ever delt with and hopefully corporate does the right thing.

  I go to the Ireland Rd location almost weekly and have to say the wings are always good...except yesterday. The usual staff wasn't frying the wings. I saw on gentleman get the raw chicken out with his bare hands to put into the fryer. I also asked for the wings to be fried extra crispy like always and they were not that at all and had little seasoning. I threw them away and have NEVER disliked my wings from here. I tried to just call the store directly but the number takes me to a mailbox that is full. I'm hoping this was just an off day because the usual employees do a great job. Hoping to just get my money back or order replaced if possible and can remove this post.

  Workers took forever with food also not wearing gloves while handling food. Girl at front counter was worried about being in all the men’s faces and not paying attention at all to see if my order was ready when it said ready. They handed my food out to the wrong person and I had to wait for it to be remade
