I am currently in the ER. I ordered three sandwiches for my family and had to send my two children, ages 9 and 13, to pick it up since I'm still waiting to be called back. (Is been about 4 hours now.) The elevator from the ER entrance is shut down for the evening so my sons have to venture out of the building, around the corner to the main entrance, then they have to find the Subway and pick up our order. So I tried calling to talk to the staff. I called 8 times and staff intentionally hung up every time without speaking to me. If you can't handle answering a phone in the middle of making some sandwiches you shouldn't work at a sandwich shop. I figured they'd realize the call was important if I called enough times but no such luck. Never again.
