  completely destroyed a grandfather clock pendulum and the claims process is a complete nightmare design to make you give up and walk away.

  I love this place. I can go here for any of my printing needs and am always satisfied. I'm kinda of a "Karen" when it comes to customer service cause I worked in for so many reasons of my life and always went above for my customers so they had a good experience. I never have to worry about it here. Jose is so knowledgeable and helpful.
