    I stopped by Subway today (5/28/26) and was thoroughly impressed with not just the food and environment, but more importantly, the talent of Stacey & Tanya! Two outstanding professionals who handled the lunch rush with great attitudes and a dedicated “customer first” experience. I’ve dined at Subway for several years (mainly at larger and urban environments where the experience is typically average) and today’s experience was very great, if not the best! Hats off to those two gals who made my Subway experience perfect!

    My husband and I stopped at 9:30ish on Saturday 4-18-26. We ordered a footlong bacon, egg and cheese on flatbread (a very basic sandwich). The sign clearly stated the price was $7.29 but we were charged $8.79 which was exactly $1.50 more than what was posted. I asked about the discrepancy and was informed it was because we ordered flatbread although flatbread was exactly what was listed in the description. When that reasoning was challenged the lady said since that was the price ringing up that's what we would have to pay. I asked her to override the register to match the posted price. She said she could not as only the manager had that privilege. I asked her to contact the manager which she agreed to do after stating "I don't think she will either". We overheard the conversation between the two of them. After the call the worker stated the manager did not approve and apologized the signage had not been updated because she had 3 stores. We were in disbelief that we were charged approximately 20% more than advertised price. That doesn't happen in a customer focused business when one has a legitimate compliant :( We paid and left with our sandwich but in retrospect we wish we had just left it.

    I was so impressed with how how excellent and respectful the staff were here at this branch. Way different than other branches. I’m not used to getting treated with such respect and courtesy from a subway. Thank you for being Amazing. Keep it up.

    I order two footlongs and two kids 4” subs. They cut a footlong in half which is 6” not 8” and then cut the round part at the end off. I thought they looked small came home and paid for a 4” kids sub and they both measured around 2”. Highly upset as I paid $3.89 a piece for a 4” sub and got half on both kids sandwiches.
