Agent was being rude and loud to customer while I was trying to shop for a plan with my father. Management did nothing except watch. Cricket service is not bad, this location has poor customer service. To the ridiculously loud/rude agent: is this the service you would like to receive yourself? Edit: Came back few hours later and employees are outside in cars hanging out, very professional. Mgrs probably smoking a bowl with employee laughing at us. What a joke store.
