I have been a customer for several years. The cost and service coverage are great, the customer service not so much. We have four lines on our plan, and needed to remove one. Have not had good luck with the customer service via phone, so decided to try to do it on their website with no luck. Downloaded the app to try to do it on that, still no luck. As a last resort before calling, I decided to go into the store, here in Shelbyville. I arrived at 10:10 a.m. to a dark locked store, It was supposed to be opened at 10 I made a second attempt at 2:40 this afternoon, to find two employees standing outside the store, one in a car smoking. Was asked if I wanted to go in the store. Told them what I needed, and was told to do that give me the customer service line. I explained that I did not want to do that online, but they continued to tell me to do it via phone, all while standing outside, never even having entered the store. Very unprofessional service, and whoever is paying for staffing like this, being late to open a store and not even being inside the store, I don't think you're getting your money's worth.
