  Dortha was a wonderful and knowledgeable help with finding the correct caliper i needed for my brakes. Will definitely be making the switch to Advance for all my car needs!

  I leave a 5 star review cause I’ve made advance my go to place as all the people are generally good people and know what they are doing and very helpful BUT recently the worker named STEVE has been horrible, never wants to help and always seem to be on his phone when I go in and has this disgusting look on his face like 🙄 “another customer” and “I don’t want to be here” kinda look! Trash of a company representative! I said I need oil and a filter to which he looked at me like …….. I said it’s for a 17 jeep grand Cherokee v6 4x4 he then told me what oil (0w20) I needed and 6 quarts which cool I knew that BUT what’s the filter 🤷‍♂️ as all the filters just have part numbers lol so I walk over and get my oil and come back and he’s outside putting on a wiper blade 🤷‍♂️ sick of the dumb shit I kinda went off NOT towards the kind great lady Dortha that’s always in there and does an amazing job!!! Just in general but she had to look it up again to get the damn oil filter…..much appreciated to the lady and gentleman that spoke to me and finished my help I needed!!! Thanks and God bless!

  I was treated very warmly, and friendly. Grayson, who assisted me, was very courteous, and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about inquiries, offered me the points plan, in a very friendly, and professional manner, and he also didn't push anything, and he answered my questions about a mechanic issue. I recommend this Advance Auto store in Seymour Indiana, and I will go to this store location again.
