I have had a horrible experience with this office for months now...I told Megan 2 weeks ago that I needed another insurance adjuster for my current open claim because that adjustor was very rude and confrontational and her response was if you're not happy with our company go somewhere else!!! That is not the professional way that you deal with a customer. And now I have been trying to get a hold of Stephen Betty for days by even leaving messages on his voicemail, he consistently has refused to call me back just about simply paying my Premium for the month ..today I was very sick , but still , had to call customer service on Stephen Betty . They got a hold of him and he told me that he wouldn't call me back because he wasn't going to answer any claim questions for me. He told me Ill take your money , but I won't be helping you anymore. He then told me I have already put in a request to our company to switch you to another agency, but yet he said 5 seconds before oh I'll take your money . At the end of our conversation he yelled at me twice..then when I asked him , what is the name to my next agent and their number, I told him I'll pay them but not you for my premium, he refuses to even give me that information. All this Allstate office wants is to completely take a person's money , but then be nothing but hateful and unhelpful to them afterwards. He caused me to have a horrible panic attack this afternoon..I felt like I was going to have a heart attack ...
