  RUN! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE! PICTURES DO NOT MATCH WHAT HOTEL LOOKS LIKE! POOL IS NOT FUNCTIONING! NOW ON BOOKING.COM IT SAYS IT'S NOT WORKING BUT DIDN'T WHEN I BOOKED IT. UNTIL I COMPLAINED AND WANTED A PARTIAL REFUND THEN THEY PUT ON BOOKING THAT IT DOESN'T WORK. CHECK ALL OTHER WEBSITES STILL SAYS IT WORKS. THERE WAS HAIR ON THE FLOOR IN BATHROOM, A TOENAIL CLIPPING ON FLOOR OF SHOWER. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!! A/C QUIT WORKING IN OUR ROOM AND THEY WANTED ME TO SIT IN THE LOBBY FOR 2 HOURS WHILE THE CLEANER WAS FINISHED ON THE ROOMS THEY WERE CLEANING INSTEAD OF PULLING A CLEANER OFF TO CLEAN US A ROOM. IT WAS NEARLY 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY BECAUSE A REFUND WAS NOT IMMEDIATELY PUT ON MY CARD. BREAKFAST LOOKED HORRIBLE. WE NEVER ATE THERE. IF THE ROOMS WERE THIS DIRTY I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT THEIR KITCHEN LOOKED LIKE! I AM ATTACHING PICTURES TOO! THE PITCURES THEY HAVE ON THE SITES DO NOT REPRESENT WHAT THE HOTEL LOOKS LIKE AT ALL! WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE GOT THERE THE POOL WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE. THE POOL HASN'T EVEN BEEN OPENED FROM THE LOOKS OF IT. OTHER SITES INCLUDING THIS ONE SHOWS THAT THE POOL WORKS. BOOKING.COM ONLY SHOWS IT DOESN'T WORK NOW BECAUSE I COMPLAINED AND WANTED A CREDIT ON MY STAY. THEY DO NOT VACUUM OR MOP BETWEEN STAYS. THEY ONLY SWEEP. MY FEET WERE BLACK BECAUSE THE FLOORS WERE SO DIRTY. I HAD TO BUY SHOES TO WEAR IN THE ROOM. DISGUSTING PLACE. INTERNET BARELY WORKED. BEDS WERE HARD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

  Good location. Room was filthy. Floors were so dirty I had to throw my socks away and we had to wear shoes in the room the whole time. Shower was moldy and still had hair from previous guest(s). Sofa bed had dirty bedding inside. Had family members in 2 other rooms and they all had the same issues. Don't recommend.

  7-11-26 First off. No elevator. 🤔 No pool. We stayed because everywhere else was booked. The first room they gave us smelled like feet and BO. 😬 We changed rooms and the next room was better 👍👏 The bed was comfortable enough but the pedestal the mattress is on makes a thumping noise every time you move or turn over. Weird! The shower pressure was not good but the water was hot so that's good I guess. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Overall not great but it was a place to stay that beats sleeping in the car.

  I am extremely disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple issues that made this a very unpleasant experience. First, we found yellow beetles in our room, which was unacceptable. The shower also had noticeable pink buildup, making it feel like it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at approximately 4:00 a.m. and continued for about an hour. During what appeared to be an emergency, we tried calling the front desk using the room phone, only to discover it wasn’t working. I eventually had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk, where I was told they were already aware that some of the room phones were not working. Knowing the phones were out of service, especially during an emergency situation, is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I have photos documenting the yellow beetles and the condition of the shower. Between the cleanliness issues, the hour-long fire alarm in the middle of the night, and the fact that the room phone was known to be out of service, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I cannot recommend staying here and hope management takes these concerns seriously so future guests do not have the same experience. I have now waited three days for a supervisor or manager to return my call, and it is clear that this hotel does not care about its guests’ concerns or the experience they provide. The most concerning part is that the staff acknowledged they were already aware of several of the issues we experienced, yet they did nothing to correct them. Despite knowing about the condition of the room and the other problems we reported during our stay, we were never offered a room change or any meaningful solution. To make matters worse, checkout is at 11:00 a.m., yet housekeeping knocked on our door around 9:00 a.m. even though our “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed. We had barely slept because the fire alarm had been going off since around 4:00 a.m. for approximately an hour. The lack of consideration after such a disruptive night was extremely frustrating. Our room also had multiple sanitation concerns. We found several yellow beetles in the room, along with other cleanliness issues. It makes me wonder what other insects or problems we didn’t see. After our stay, my 6-month-old developed a rash, which only adds to my concerns about the condition of the room. I have made every effort to resolve this directly with the hotel before posting another review, but after three days without a callback, it is obvious that guest satisfaction is not a priority. This is yet another attempt to get someone from hotel management to respond. At this point, we are simply requesting a full refund. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here. The supervisor said she would call me back the next day and did not. I called her and finally got her on the phone. Her and the owner have refused to provide me a refund and have said that i blackmailed them because i did a review. This is not blackmail!! This is the truth. I’m not the only one that has said the same things in a review. This place needs to get fumigated!! I addressed with them that my 6 month old got an allergic reaction to bugs in the room and they DO NOT CARE! Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT STAY HERE!! Room phones don’t work and sheets don’t get washed. This stay has cost me more and i told them to reimburse me my daughter’s doctor visit. They rudely declined and told me they would hangup the phone now.
